This role sits at the center of customer support, compliance, and operational coordination.
It involves working closely with clients, internal teams, and regulatory requirements to ensure communication services are delivered smoothly and continuously. While part of the work is desk-based, the impact extends into field coordination, system continuity, and real-time issue resolution.

Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, website, and social media
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and processes
- Handle inbound and outbound communication based on client needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve concerns efficiently and correctly
- Process and secure regulatory permits (including NTC requirements)
- Track validity periods and ensure timely renewals
- Maintain accurate and complete compliance documentation
- Support service continuity and assist in issue resolution
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service or admin support is an advantage
- Open to fresh graduates
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Nice to have
- Experience in telecom, IT services, or technical support environments
- Familiarity with regulatory processes (e.g., government permits, licensing)
- Exposure to CRM systems or ticketing tools
- Background in operations coordination or logistics support
- Ability to handle time-sensitive and compliance-driven tasks
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
