This role sits at the core of financial operations.
It involves managing the day-to-day accounting processes that keep the business accurate, compliant, and financially controlled. From tracking payables and receivables to handling reconciliations and supporting audits, the work ensures that financial data reflects the real movement of the business.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and update cash position reports
- Record and track all payments accurately in the system
- Assist in payment processing and document verification
- Post payment journals in the ERP system
- Process invoices, billing, and collections
- Track and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Record AR transactions and prepare related reports
- Verify collections and withholding tax details
- Perform bank and cash reconciliations
- Monitor daily bank transactions (credits and debits)
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records
- Prepare reconciliation reports and supporting documentation
- Monitor and track cash advance liquidations
- Process cash advance requests with complete documentation
- Ensure timely liquidation and compliance with internal policies
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in end-to-end accounting operations in a corporate setup
- Solid understanding of the accounting cycle and journal entries
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, QuickBooks, NetSuite)
- Strong Excel and data management skills
- Familiarity with accrual accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High level of accountability, integrity, and confidentiality
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Exposure to audit preparation and tax compliance support
- Experience in telecom, tech, or multi-entity business environments
- Familiarity with BIR reporting and regulatory requirements
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling basics)
- Experience working in cross-functional finance operations teams
- Exposure to process improvement or ERP optimization initiatives
